Damaged Item Policy

  • We strive to inspect before shipping to our customers. It is the customer's responsibility to check all items upon receiving a shipment from Lucia's~ If an item is damaged during shipping or received damaged/defective, Lucia's must be notified within "15" days and customer will be sent a replacement at NO charge and FREE shipping or credit card refunded.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval.
  • Returns and credits are permitted only on items that are currently in stock. No return of sale or discontinued items.
  • Returns made after 15 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days of invoice date
  • No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged items or items not received unless Lucia's is notified within 15 days of invoice .
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE HANDMADE~ Our artisans produce many pieces and like to be creative, therefore they may change paint colors and patterns at times~ If you prefer a certain color or pattern whether in the pottery or purses and textiles~ please call, email sales@luciasimports.com or leave a comment in the "comment box"~ the colors listed on pottery item drop down menus are for the background colors ONLY~
