How to Order Wholesale

Order Direct with us: Register here with your store information and Business Tax ID number. Once approved your account will be activated and you will have access to wholesale pricing, our full catalog, and product line. Orders can be made online or by phone. Sign up now to receive 10% your first order!

Wholesale Policies

We reserve the right to make our wholesale online catalog available only to qualified re-sellers.

Identification

  • Business Tax ID number required

Minimum opening wholesale requirement: $100.00

  • $100 order minimum on established accounts.

Terms

  • Prepaid on all wholesale orders. Net 30 with established credit (only applies to US customers) we do not ship COD.

Third Party Selling

  • We do not permit third party selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.

Domestic Shipping

  • UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise instructed. Customer pays shipping and handling charges.

International Shipping

  • Postal Global Priority for smaller orders (i.e. Jewelry) or UPS international unless otherwise instructed. Customer pays shipping and handling charges.

Damaged Item Policy

  • We strive to inspect before shipping to our customers. It is the customer's responsibility to check all items upon receiving a shipment from Lucia's~ If an item is damaged during shipping or received damaged/defective, Lucia's must be notified within "15" days and customer will be sent a replacement at NO charge and FREE shipping or credit card refunded.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval.
  • Returns and credits are permitted only on items that are currently in stock. No return of sale or discontinued items.
  • Returns made after 15 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days of invoice date
  • No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged items or items not received unless Lucia's is notified within 15 days of invoice .
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE HANDMADE~ Our artisans produce many pieces and like to be creative, therefore they may change paint colors and patterns at times~ If you prefer a certain color or pattern whether in the pottery or purses and textiles~ please call, email sales@luciasimports.com or leave a comment in the "comment box"~ the colors listed on pottery item drop down menus are for the background colors ONLY~
